Our next featured driver in our Centennial Interview Series is the winner of the 1999 Indianapolis 500, Kenny Brack. After a quick update on what’s been keeping him busy since his retirement, Kenny talked about his rookie year in 1997 and his win in 1999, including his relationship with AJ Foyt as his car owner. He spoke about the experience of returning to the Speedway in 2005 after his devastating crash at Texas Motor Speedway in 2003, and he responded to criticism that his win may have been less challenging for having happened during the split. Kenny also spent some time talking from an international perspective about why the Indianapolis 500 is such a special event and what being a winner of The Greatest Spectacle in Racing means to him.
