On this week’s More Front Wing podcast, Paul and Steph are joined by George Phillips of Oilpressure to review this past weekend’s events at the Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama at Barber Motorsports Park. After George is quizzed on his thoughts after attending his third consecutive INDYCAR event at Barber, the trio discuss the many spectacular drives witnessed this weekend, including those of Sébastien Bourdais, Marco Andretti, and the eventual race winner, Will Power. They also examine Dario Franchitti’s early season struggles and contrast his position in the championship battle with that of Power and Scott Dixon with his uncharacteristically strong opening to the year.

Among other topics discussed are the relative performance of the three engine manufacturers, the night-and-day comparisons to be made between ABC and NBC Sports Network, and the results of the test of the new speedway aero package at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
